Do It True

Do It True is a 14-day coaching program for people who already know what they should be doing and want their days to match it. Each program day brings one short recording, one journal prompt, and one required action. A coach reads every answer.

true verb

To bring something back into exact alignment. Builders true a wall that has drifted out of plumb. This program does the same for your days: it brings what you do back in line with what you already know is possible.

The 14 days

The program runs on weekdays, in four movements. Miss a day and the work waits for you. A missed day is a pause, not a failure.

Each tick is one program day. Brass ticks open a movement. Weekends are off, so the 14 days take about three weeks.

  1. 01020304
    Tabula rasa

Days 1 to 4. A clean slate. Start from today, not from what went wrong before.

  2. 050607
    Dispelling traditions

Days 5 to 7. Question the habits and assumptions you have been carrying.

  3. 08091011
    Solutions first

Days 8 to 11. Lead with the next move instead of the problem.

  4. 121314
    Integrity

Days 12 to 14. Do what you said, and become who you said you would be.

  4. 4

    A coach reads it

A coach reads every answer, so you get personal feedback on what you actually wrote.

Who it is for

Business owners, tradespeople, team leaders, and anyone who has tried apps, conferences, and motivational content, and was left alone after the first push. You do not need more hype. You need a plan for today and a coach who will not let you stay vague.
